had to do some editing of certain part of anatomy of centaur via paintshop pro x9
additional edit was asked how I was able to fit the tail made for G3F to G8F so here is how I did it
ok here goes first off select g3f and add the tail as normal, now do not move her at all just unselect her so you can then add G8F to your scene she will line up with your g3f don't worry about arm and legs being in different poses it's all good. Next up in your scene menu right click you g8f and select expand from selected and click each of the eye icons to hide the body parts from pelvis down to the toes of each leg. Next select your g3f and just click her main eye icon to hide her. Next again selecting G3F right clicking select "FIT TO" and choose your G8F and in the next menu asks what figure was this item was originally designed for - in menus select Genesis 3 Female and Full Body. This will/may take a little while to process don't worry. Now once done here's some extra cool thing you can use you G8F poses still and the tail wont mess up AND if you click on the tail in the parameters section you have still all the pose controls for the tail working and can fully pose have movement still. I have tried this with centaur 7 sadly haven't had same success there but the mermaid is pretty perfect
